The Hiawassee Retreats: A unique project focused on creating a series of remote homesteads on individual acreages. The forms were inspired by traditional rural utility buildings. Long porches with exposed framing wrap each residence and connect through the middle to allow for shaded outdoor living spaces all throughout the day.
